The Yas Golf Collection project launched in 2022. The first phase of development is represented by Souq Furnished Apartments. It consists of four buildings in traditional style. Distinctive features include classic courtyards and small canopied balconies.The resort community is located on Yas Island and consists of mid-rise residential complexes. A total of five clusters with 1,062 residential units are slated to launch here.
The buildings have views of the Yas Links golf course, the sea and mangroves, and the complex is equipped with smart home systems.The community has excellent infrastructure for recreation and sports. There are swimming pools, landscaped gardens, and fitness centres, as well as walking and jogging paths around the buildings. Yas Island is connected to Saadiyat Island via the transit network. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street passes through the whole island and takes you to the mainland.
