DAMAC Maison Bay’s Edge is an upscale hotel project located in Dubai’s central Business Bay district. The 22-story tower with a curved facade was completed in 2017. The developer of the complex was DAMAC Properties, and it is managed by DAMAC Maison, a well-known company in the hotel business.
Bay’s Edge’s collection of properties includes 220 residential units: studios and apartments. All residences are fully furnished and feature stylish interiors, balconies and panoramic windows overlooking the infinity pool that extends to the border of the Dubai Creek waterway.
