Conceived by DXB Lab with interior design by Tristan Auer, these residences showcase architectural precision, rich textural elements, and authentic materiality. Landscaped courtyards and lush gardens provide intimate spaces for reflection and community, cultivating a lifestyle that seamlessly blends privacy with connection. Eden House Za'abeel stands as a bold architectural declaration, resembling an exquisitely crafted sculpture that captures attention through its pure simplicity and confident presence. Created by DXB Lab, this concrete structure surprisingly emanates warmth and tenderness through its chosen materials. Drawing inspiration from the location's native Ghaf tree groves, the design flows with elegant, curved movements that complement the natural environment. This vision manifests in the textured concrete exterior, flowing vegetation, and rhythmic pattern of balconies featuring curved railings, achieving a remarkable harmony between metropolitan refinement and natural grace.

Finishing and materials

The interior spaces, crafted by Tristan Auer, extend this conversation between architectural design and the natural world, balancing strong geometric forms with gentler, decorative elements. A refined monochromatic color scheme pairs beautifully with natural stone, marble, and rich wood finishes, while the contrast between reflective and matte textures amplifies the ever-changing natural light. Curved forms, stone mosaic work, and timber accents provide sophisticated, sensory appeal.

Shutters in wood-effect high-grade laminate (matching light oak wood finish), interior shelving and drawers in linen-effect high-grade laminate, and soft-closing high-grade stainless steel hardware by Blum or equivalent.
