Hajar Stone Villas is a residential community consisting of premium villas. The project is located in the eco-friendly community of Damac Hills 2. Units offer modern architectural design and comfortable accommodations.
Developed by DAMAC Properties, the project is expected to be completed in Q4 2022. There are some sections of the community currently under construction.
Villas feature archaic stone, and they were built according to international standards. Units were designed to keep heat in during the winter and keep cool air in during the summer. Properties also have large windows that offer beautiful views of surrounding green spaces and private neighbourhood gardens.
