MOD Townhouses is a residential community in Damac Hills 2, which is part of the Akoya Oxygen area. The construction phase of the project was launched in December 2014 under the leadership of the international developer DAMAC Properties, and China State Construction Engineering Corporation acted as the main contractor. The neighbourhood is located near the Akoya Luxury Golf Club, as well as several other popular attractions.
