Hayat Island

Hayat Island is a man-made island located in the northern emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The area is a new project that covers an area of 6,000,000 sq. ft. It is no coincidence that Ras Al Khaimah was chosen for this. The emirate offers picturesque views of nature. The company RMJM is working on the project, and it is expected to become a popular tourist destination.  Entertainment facilities will not be noisy, and there is an emphasis on highlighting the Arabian Gulf. The area will appeal to those interested in water activities. For example, residents will be able to go canoeing in a romantic setting with twinkling floating lanterns. There will also be an open-air cinema on the water where the audience will be seated in boats. The coastal area features a large sandy beach, and the community features many landscaped parks with plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers, which add to its aesthetic appeal. Residents can also enjoy nearby swimming pools and a central square that has ponds, fountains, and colorful sculptures.
