The 7-square-kilometer development of Emaar South is located between the intersection of Dubai and Abu Dhabi, close to Al Maktoum International Airport and the Expo 2020 site. The world-class integrated community offers 22,700 residential units within six subcommunities. There are several different types of property in Emaar South as the complex offers a new concept of multi-level townhomes and standard townhouses, self-contained villas, as well as apartments.
All six communities are connected by tree-lined boulevards, walking and cycling paths, and an internal public transport network including autonomous vehicles. There is also an 18-hole championship golf course and 25 neighbourhood green parks where residents can enjoy leisurely walks and other outdoor activities. The other amenities will include a basketball court, outdoor swimming pool, a children’s pool and playground, a retail center, a gymnasium, health club, restaurants, schools and a mosque. Around 53,000 sq. m will be housed by retail and dining areas within the entire development.
