Mudon is a gated family-friendly community with a distinctive suburban feel that is nestled within Dubailand, which is a major area on the outskirts of Dubai. The development is managed by Dubai Properties and primarily consists of low-rise residences with ready-to-move-in and off-plan properties, including villas, townhouses and apartments in Mudon Views. Mudon, which means “cities” in Arabic, was initially designed to replicate the five most prominent cities in the Middle East, and was originally supposed to cover an area triple the size of what it actually turned out to be.
