LIV Developers is a real estate development company in Dubai founded in 2000. The company is owned in Los Angeles and New York where they have been building luxury real estate. In the new millennium, the construction company’s field of study has expanded to Dubai. The first project in this country was LIV Residence. This 27-storey building is located in Dubai Marina, a popular resort area. Architecture and design consultants from NAGA and MWM Studios took part in its development.
LIV Developers is developing new residential projects in other prestigious areas of Dubai including Emirate Hills, Business Bay, Perl Jumeirah and Downtown Jebel Ali.
