The Waves is an apartment complex located in the coastal area of Dubai Marina. The project was designed and built by DAMAC Properties. The construction was completed in 2006.
The complex consists of two buildings – Waves Tower A with a height of 27 floors and Tower B with 10 floors.
The Waves offers exclusive apartments with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms and duplex penthouses. The complex has a total of 247 housing units.
The apartments each have panoramic windows, a modern equipped kitchen, built-in closets, a laundry room and a walk-in closet, a centralized heating system and sensors, as well as a terrace.
The building boasts views of the Arabian Gulf, the marina and the sights of the area.
For the comfort of residents there is 24-hour security and video surveillance, a gym and a fitness center, a large swimming pool with a sun terrace, a steam room and sauna, relaxation areas and a spa-salon, high-speed elevators, a barbecue area, tennis court, covered parking, and a restaurant and cafe. Pets are also allowed.
Waves by DAMAC Dubai Marina is located in the complex and provides a maid service, concierge and reception.
The private landscaped grounds include playgrounds, walking and cycling paths.
