Glamz Towers by Danube is a new residential development located in the Al Furjan district. The project was developed by Danube Properties Development LLC, and Next Engineering Consultants oversaw the architectural design.
Glamz Towers by Danube is located on Al Asayel Street in Al Furjan. Residents have easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, which are situated within a 10-minute drive of the complex.
Abdulla Al Shamsi Building Materials and Four Square Cafe and Restaurant can be reached within a five-minute walk of the residences. The Pavilion – Discovery Gardens is situated within a 10-minute walk and features restaurants, shops, and a Carrefour supermarket.
The complex consists of two identical 18-storey buildings: Glamz 1 and Glamz 2. The towers were completed in 2019 and are connected by a common three-storey podium with parking, a swimming pool, a leisure area, and sports fields.
