Prive or Damac Maison Prive is a residential complex located in the progressive Business Bay area of Dubai. The developer of the project was Damac Properties, a well-known developer in the UAE, and the architectural consultant was LACASA Architects & Engineering Consultants. The complex was completed in 2019 and consists of two identical 30-story skyscrapers connected by a common podium.
Damac Maison Prive features a collection of 100 hotel-type residential units that combine five-star service and home-like comfort. Without exception, all studios apartments are furnished and have balconies and panoramic windows overlooking the Dubai Creek Canal.
