Nakheel Properties has announced a new super luxury project called Como Residences, which will be located in the heart of Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The complex will consist of 71 floors, basements and 3 podium levels.
The architectural style of the building is inspired by the shape of the sea shell and sand dunes. The building will be made in the form of a sea shell that reaches into the sky. Completion of construction is scheduled for 2027.
Buyers will be offered residences made in one of three exquisite color options: Opal - White (white), Sand - Beige (beige) or Mist - Gray (gray). The interiors will use natural materials such as stone, glass, wood and metal.
