Address Residences The Bay is a new residential complex from the developer Emaar Properties in the Emaar Beachfront area. The building will consist of 50 floors and a podium. The apartments will have panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and the Emaar Beachfront area. Residents will enjoy exclusive access to a private beach, an infinity pool, a hotel lobby area and premium hotel services from the renowned Address Hotels + Resorts brand. An ultra-luxurious 5-star hotel will be located on the podium of the complex.
Address Residences The Bay is located in the Emaar Beachfront area, where there are also complexes such as Beach Mansion, Grand Bleu Tower, Palace Beach Residence and others. It is connected to the rest of the city by one of Dubai's main thoroughfares, Sheikh Zayed Road. There are numerous bus stops within a 20-minute walk from the complex, including Mina Al Siyahi, Le Meridian Hotel 2 and Mina Al Siyahi, Le Meridian Hotel 1. There is also a Mina Seyahi tram stop next to the complex.
Once completed, Emaar Beachfront will provide residents with easy access to an internal monorail linking it to Bluewaters Island and Palm Jumeirah. The development plan for the area also includes the construction of a pedestrian bridge with cycling and jogging paths and water transport stations to facilitate movement around Dubai as an alternative to using cars or traditional public transport.
