Altitude de Grisogono is a luxury tower being built by renowned developer DAMAC Properties in Business Bay, on the banks of the Dubai Water Canal, directly opposite Downtown Dubai. Construction is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2028. The windows of the building will offer stunning views of the center of Dubai and the water canal.

A branded gym, luxury spa and beauty studio will be available for sports and personal care. All public areas will be decorated in the same de Grisogono style. Guests and residents of the complex will appreciate the luxurious designer lobby. And at the top of the tower there will be a stunning observation deck overlooking the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Water Canal.
There are many restaurants to suit every taste near the Altitude de Grisogono complex and on the promenade: Kutsia Dubai, Pure Punjabi Restaurant, Long Teng Seafood Restaurant, La Cruise Restaurant Business Bay and Alphorn Restaurant are all within a 5-10 minute drive. In 5-15 minutes by car you can reach a large number of educational institutions, including international schools such as the British Hartland International School and the American Dubai International School and Clarion School. Nurseries available for pre-school age children include Blossom Downtown Nursery, Jumeirah International Nursery and Blossom Design District Nursery. The project area is also home to many medical facilities, including IKIGAI Medical Center and Amana Healthcare. The journey to them takes less than 10 minutes. A HealthGPS office is approximately one minute's drive away and offers medical testing.
