Wavez Residence is a residential complex located in Dubailand. Construction began in 2020 by Danube Properties, and the project consists of a 13-storey building with a two-level podium that has glass for its outer walls and partitions. Residents can enjoy a rooftop area with landscaped green spaces, sports fields, and swimming pools. The tower consists of four residential blocks that have an innovative architectural style with a streamlined form and glass facades. The complex is situated on Wavez Avenue, which features a promenade with stores and cafés.
There are a total of 412 residential units that are spread out over ten floors of the building. Studios and apartments are available to buy and rent.
