International City is one of the most affordable residential addresses in Dubai. The district comprises residential clusters designed to replicate the architectural style of housing in different countries around the world, and offers a variety of comfortable accommodation options for working individuals and families at very reasonable prices.
At the center of the clusters there is the Central Business District, a sub-community of International City. Despite its name, the community consists mostly of residential buildings with 2 and 3-bedroom apartments.
International City is divided into ten clusters, each of which corresponds to a specific country (Persia, Greece, Spain, Morocco, England, France, Italy, Russia, China and the United Arab Emirates). The design of residential buildings in each cluster corresponds to the country it was named after. The clusters are located around the Central Business District and Forbidden City.
Parking is free in most parts of International City, although not all units are provided with parking spaces for residents.
