Wavez Residence is a residential complex located in Dubailand. Construction began in 2020 by Danube Properties, and the project consists of a 13-storey building with a two-level podium that has glass for its outer walls and partitions. Residents can enjoy a rooftop area with landscaped green spaces, sports fields, and swimming pools. The tower consists of four residential blocks that have an innovative architectural style with a streamlined form and glass facades. The complex is situated on Wavez Avenue, which features a promenade with stores and cafés.
There are a total of 412 residential units that are spread out over ten floors of the building. Studios and apartments are available to buy and rent. Wavez Residence has smaller-sized properties with studios covering an area of 38 sq. m (409 sq. ft).
Wavez Residence is located in the Liwan community, which is part of the large-scale Dubailand area. The first buildings situated here were completed in 2012. Since then, the neighbourhood has been developing with an infrastructure inspired by the city of San Francisco. Residential towers are juxtaposed with commercial buildings, and the area offers an abundance of parks, ponds, and fountains.
