Glitz 1 is one of three buildings in the Glitz residential complex located in Dubai Studio City. Developed by Danube Properties, the nine-storey building was built in 2017 and consists of a total of 146 units, including studios and one- to four-bedroom apartments featuring modern interiors. There are five retail spaces on the lower floors that are available to rent. In addition, the building includes underground parking for residents and several high-speed elevators.

The nearest supermarket is SPAR Express, which is situated on the first floor of Glitz 2. Blue Mart and Spinneys are also located within walking distance of the complex and offer groceries and household essentials, and there is a large supermarket offering imported British goods in Dubai Motor City.
